Rates & Payment

RATES
Our rates are a combination of an upfront reservation fee and an hourly compensation paid directly to the sitter. To ensure fair sitter compensation, there is a FOUR HOUR MINIMUM required for all reservations.

2 Children $35/hour
3 Children $37/hour
4 Children $40/hour

The above rates include our non-refundable reservation fee of $10/hour and are based upon the number of sitters and babysitting hours needed. Though a card is placed on file, there is NO financial obligation for submitting a babysitting request. We will ensure that information is accurate, questions are answered and a babysitter is available before our non-refundable reservation fee is collected.  Once your request has been accepted and you have been paired with a sitter(s) you will receive an email confirmation. Payment of the reservation fee is required in order to confirm your requested booking.

If a reservation exceeds 12 hours, a $135 reservation fee will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE – if you need to extend your time during your appointment, please communicate directly with your sitter. The additional balance will be sent via invoice after the reservation.

More than 4 children requires 2 sitters and will start at $25/hour per sitter. When filling out the reservation form, please clearly identify and state that you will need two sitters and we will provide you with a more detailed quote.
More than 8 children is considered an EVENT – please fill out our reservation form with your details and we will get a more accurate quote put together for your event.

** There is an additional $5/hour charge for reservations after midnight and before 7:00am.
** Driving distances beyond 30 minutes from Kalispell city limits may have an additional charge.

HOLIDAY RATES
Advance bookings are strongly recommended for all holiday appointments.
Both reservation and sitter hourly rates increase by 50% during the Holidays. This includes - July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day - Jan 1.

Hourly rates double on New Year’s Eve starting at 5:00pm on Dec 31 and continuing to the end of the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Regardless of when the cancellation is made, once you are paired with a sitter and your appointment is confirmed, the reservation fee is non-refundable. We understand that things do happen, so as a one-time courtesy, this fee can be applied to another job if booked within one year of the cancellation date.
If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours, a four-hour minimum will be charged and paid to the babysitter to protect their time and commitment to work for you. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
